PRIVACY POLICY

We process your personal data in order to provide our services to you and others: to find and meet candidates who meet the needs of our clients, to assess whether candidates are suitable for the job on offer, and to present candidates to employers or employ them in your company. We will not transfer more of your personal data to customers than we will process under this Privacy Policy. We will protect your personal data within the time limits set out in the Privacy Policy.

When processing your personal data, we comply with the requirements of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – BDAR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other legal acts on personal data processing.

The privacy policy applies to all persons whose data we process.

We process your personal data obtained in the following ways:
1.1. We process your personal data provided by you when you send us your CV, motivation letters, apply for our job advertisements on job search portals, register on our website www.griovikai.lt, communicate with us by phone, e-mail. by mail or during meetings. If you contact us in writing or e. email, we will save the correspondence data.

1.2. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, you agree that you will be photographed for identification purposes and that the image will be stored in a database.

1.3. When we receive your personal data from other persons in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.4. You have the right to submit a written request by e-mail. by e-mail to provide you with information on whether data relating to you are being processed, and if such data is being processed, you have the right to access your personal data and to change or remove this information

Purpose and rules of data processing
2.1. For the purpose of providing the Services. We process your personal data in order to provide our services to you and others: to find candidates who meet the needs of our clients and to select them, assess whether the candidates are suitable for the job offered, and present the candidates to employers or employ them in your company. We provide or transfer your data to our partners and customers – employers who are looking for employees. Together with us, they will be the controllers of your personal data. We will not transfer more of your personal data to customers than we process under this Privacy Policy. We have agreements with our customers, in which both parties undertake to protect your personal data.

For this purpose, we store your data for 2 years from the date you provided us with information about yourself for the first time.

2.2. For the purpose of administering the candidate database. At the end of the specific selection to which you have submitted your data, we process your personal data so that we can offer you a job in the future, find and match candidates who meet our clients’ needs, assess whether candidates are suitable for the job and present them to employers.

2.3. To administer the work activities of employees. To the extent required by law or regulation, we process the personal data of our employees.

2.4. For the purpose of improving managed websites and to offer you better and customized services. We use your personal data, including the personal data we receive from you through our websites, to improve and develop these websites and to offer you better and more personalized services. For this purpose, we use your personal data obtained from you, obtained by you using our websites and obtained from other persons.

2.5. We do not process your personal data for any other purpose incompatible with the above.

Who do we provide your personal data to?
3.1. We guarantee that your personal data will not be sold, provided or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legitimate basis, as well as used for purposes other than those for which they were collected. We will not transfer your personal data in any way other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the law. However, we reserve the right to provide information about you if we were required to do so by law or if required to do so by lawful authorities or prosecuting authorities.

3.2. We may transfer your personal data to companies belonging to UAB Cherry Team, as well as companies that help us to carry out activities (partners, customers, suppliers). We require such partners to process your data only in accordance with the instructions given by us and the applicable data protection legislation. We enter into agreements with these individuals that oblige the parties to adhere strictly to personal data protection requirements.

3.3. The use of your data by the above-mentioned service providers is limited – they may not use this data for purposes other than providing services to us.

Personal data storage time:
4.1. We store your personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of the processing or as required by law, if it provides for a longer retention period.

4.2. We do not store outdated, out-of-date personal data, so only up-to-date information is stored when it is updated. Historical information is protected if it is required by law or for the performance of our activities.

How do we protect your personal data?
5.1. The data we collect from you will be within the European Union, but may be transferred or stored outside the EU. They may also be handled by our own or our suppliers’ staff working outside the EU. When transferring your data outside the EU, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

5.2. Transmitting information over the Internet is not completely secure. While we make every effort to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee data security when you transfer data to websites – you assume the risks associated with transferring data to websites. When processing personal data, we ensure your rights in accordance with BDAR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:
(a) know (be informed) about the processing of their personal data;
b) access your personal data that we process;
c) request the correction or supplementation, correction of incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete personal data;
(d) require the destruction of personal data where they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;
e) demand the destruction of personal data if they are processed unlawfully or if you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data or do not give such consent, which is necessary;
(f) to object to the processing of personal data or to withdraw prior consent;
g) demand the suspension (other than storage) of your personal data processing in the event of a dispute or verification of the lawfulness of the processing, the accuracy of the data, as well as in cases where we no longer need your personal data but do not want us to destroy it;
7.1. We will endeavor to guarantee the exercise of your rights as a personal data subject and to create all conditions for the effective exercise of these rights, but we reserve the right not to comply with your requirements when it is necessary to ensure:

(a) the performance of the legal obligations imposed on us;
(b) national security or defense;
(c) public policy, the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses;
(d) important economic or financial interests of the State;
(e) the prevention, investigation and detection of breaches of official or professional ethics;
f) Protecting the rights and freedoms of you or others.
7.3. You can submit claims related to the exercise of your rights to us in person, by post or by electronic means. Upon receipt of your request, we may ask you to provide proof of identity, as well as any additional information we require regarding your request.
